To be added to our waiting list please print, fill and sign the following three documents.
Application: Please complete your contact information. Once an apartment is available, we will request for you to complete additional information to process your application. Please do not complete Social Security Number at this time.
Statement of Rental Policy: Please read and sign the Statement of Rental Policy which includes all our screening criteria.
Smoke-Free / Fire Safety Lease Addendum: This is a Smoke-Free Residential Community, and all applicants must agree to our Smoke-Free / Fire Safety policy.

We do not receive an application fee or deposit at the time that prospective residents are added to our Waiting List.
When an opening comes up that fits your criteria, it’s time to take action.
Our Statement of Rental Policy spells out all the details on our process for reserving your next home at Broadway Court. When you are ready to choose, we receive your completed application, the application fee and the deposit.
Broadway Court requires residents to sign our Crime Free Lease Addendum and Renters Insurance Addendum at move-in and to have renters’ insurance on an annual basis.
It is never too soon to start making plans for a future move to Broadway Court in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.
